A Little Bit About Me
Asalaam Alaykum

Hi everyone this is a little snapshot about me, i hope you enjoy reading it and good luck to all in finding our eternal partners!

This is the first time im using this website properly and its by no means easy, my aim is to stick at it. Work and life can and has taken over so I am focusing on some me time.
Im 5ft 4; slim build, black hair, i have an older sister (not married yet) and an older brother who is a year older than me; im the youngest (which has its advantages lol). I have light sandy/brown skin tone. My parents are Bengali.

My personality is usually described by friends and family as kind, compassionate, happy and smiley. I would say that i am always a positive and enthusiastic person and put 100% in all that i do. I laugh alot and enjoy what Allah (swa) has given me.

My education: I have acheived 12 GCSE's, mostly A*, A's and B's. My A levels i achieved A and two B's and my university Degree i achieved 2:1 Bsc thanks to Allah (swa). I love to learn about new things and enjoy watching discovery channels. I am a big kindle fan and in my spare time enjoy reading. My degree led me to work in my family business and help my parents.

What i enjoy:
Like every other girl i love going shopping as well as meeting up at coffee shops with family. I like going to museums especially the British Museum and natural history museum. I have not been for ages but discovered you can watch alot of the artifacts on utube, would like to start visiting museums again. I enjoy watching gardening programmes such as Chelsea flower show, gardeners world, hampton court flower show and Wisley.
I love country walks being that i live in an area full of national trusts/natural beauty and the views are amazing. I enjoy art and methods of restoration (watch a lot on t.v but recently discovered it's available on utube). I love heritage / period buildings and national trust sites and restoration of period properties.
I like home improvements, farrow and ball and fired earth interior design colours.

Islam:
I love my religion and am improving day by day, i try and meet all my salah, i keep my fast. I would really love to do umrah and hajj with my spouse. I wear a jilbab and a niqab. I try and read the quran/tafsir as much as possible in my free time, and read the arabic quran once a week. Oh obviously i read islamic ebooks on my Kindle ;) I really love islamic history and also other religious history that our religion has had involvement in. My favourite hobby by far is learning about all our prophets and the lessons we can take from them as well as learning about the companions of our prophet pbuh.

I enjoy reading Sherlock Holmes /mystery novels on my kindle. I would love to travel and visit nice places around the world in the future. I enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets as well as stargazing and looking at the moon. I love watching birds - there's so many around where I live. Enjoy looking at how Allah creates trees and plants extra. Best thing for me is learning Allah's names. Blows my mind :)
My other hobby is perfume- absolutely love fragrance- addicted to it!

Parents: I look after my parents they are the best and i love them alot; paradise begins with your relationship with your parents; so someone who values their parents would be a real bonus for me.
Family and I all live together.
